This beautifully restored 18th Century stone house is located in the village of Montfort. Just minutes away from La Barde, it is overlooked by the Chateau de Montfort and has great views of the village and surrounding countryside. The house has warmth and character with beamed ceilings, interior stone staircases, exposed stone walls with skylights adding a modern touch. The house was renovated in the 1990s, is fully furnished with lovely antiques and is on 3 levels. Off-road parking is catered for.

• A modern, fully equipped eat in kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, washing machine in separate room, WC.
• A spacious living room/dining area, featuring a large open fireplace, opening onto a terrace with magnificent views of Chateau and farmland. The house has both indoor and outdoor eating areas.
• Two bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds), WCs and modern shower room.

All linens and towels are included in the rental. A TV and local phone are also available. The house has a considerable collection of written bike routes and hiking maps. A fuller inventory is available on request.

2008 Prices

Per 7 night period, rental period Saturday to Saturday. Extra nights possible on request.
